I had wanted this for quite a while and now that I have it I am so happy. It fits in my kitchen perfectly and is just a great and necessary addition to my kitchen. I think the stainless steel top will be very durable and matches my stainless steel appliances. It wasn't too difficult to put together but then my husband did that for me! The color is perfect too!

Several pieces of wood had been knocked off when I opened the box, and the stainless steel top was scratched in the middle. Some of the screws don't fit as tightly as they should, others fit too tightly making it nearly impossible to screw in. When my husband and I finished putting together the bottom and went to flip it over to put on the stainless steel top, the whole thing fell apart and we had to start all over. That's when we noticed that half of the cam locks weren't locking and would literally turn right back on its own after being "locked." Not all of the holes line up and one section of the spice rack on the side was done backwards/upside down so you can see where the screws were inserted. Overall it looks nice, but this whole island is so poorly constructed I'm not sure how long it will last. I'm pretty disappointed with this purchase.
