To my surprise, this island/cart came one day ahead of schedule. It was packaged so well, I had alot of packaging material to dispose of. Regardless of what anyone else says, my husband and I had no trouble putting it together. The parts were all lettered and numbered and the directions were easy to read. Our only problem was my hurry to get it together. I put the right hand door on the left side and then could not get it off. I called the company and Jeff answered. He was very polite and helpful. He stayed on the phone with me and told me how to remove the door but I damaged the door in removing it. He told me not to worry he would send me a new door and I would receive it the following Wednesday or Thursday. Sure enough the door came today and again packaged so well there was enough bubblewrap to wrap up my 5' 6" grandson. The island is perfect for me and everyone who sees it likes it. It was well worth the price compared to others I looked at. It is also very attractive. If your looking for an island/cart (I did not put the wheels on it)at a reasonable price; you'd do well to consider this one!!

When we got the cart in, took a few hours to put together, but we was in no hurry. When we got to the last part, installing the drawer, we discovered that the outside piece had two big cracks. I called Amazon and they wanted me to send the entire thing back and send me another one. Well that was not going to happen. I told Amazon that I would call the manufacture and Amazon then told me that they would call me back the next night to follow through. I then called the company and had to leave a message. Their customer service rep called me back the next day and reassured me that they would send the piece and we would have on Friday. Today, being Friday the piece arrived just as promised and double protected. Item was in perfect condition. Crosley knows the meaning of customer service on a great product. After reading the other reviews I was careful not to over tighten the screws. No problems with the screws. Been 4 days, no Amazon follow though.

This is a great cart. Was packed well - not a scratch on it. My husband and I put it together in a little over an hour. The cart rolls very smoothly, the drawer opens and closes well and the doors line up perfectly and close nicely with a magnetic catch. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It lost a star because of 2 drawbacks. One is that it has a little bit of a fresh from the factory paint and glue smell which I am sure will go away in a few days now that it is out of the box. If it doesn't I'll update my review. The other is that I wish it had plugs for the towel rack holes because I'm not using the racks but that's not a big deal.
