Catskill Craftsmen manufactured items are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily Northern Yellow Birch. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process is converted into wood pellet fuel, and used to heat homes. A knife rack and back-splash galley are two features that make this a great food prep station. This cart features a hardwood, food-safe butcher block top, hardwood drawer, doors, legs and braces with warp-resistant veneer side and back panels. An adjustable interior shelf can be removed to allow for even greater storage potential. Locking wheel casters allow for mobile or stationary use within the kitchen. Nickel plated hardware and towel bar finish this piece.
