True overall Dimensions: 40'' W x 21'' D x 35'' H.Amazon lists the product dimensions as 44 x 25 x 35 inches. After the cart arrived I did a Google search and every OTHER site that sells this product CORRECTLY lists the overall Dimensions: 40'' W x 21'' D x 35'' H.NOT dimensions listed by Amazon.Clearly this is an Amazon mistake and not the manufacturers. There was a ding on the underneath side of the butcher block top but once assembled it was not at all noticeable. There was a second ding/scratch on the middle bottom section that IS visible. However the manufacturer sent a touch up stick which makes the visible scratch hard to find. The cart itself is lovely and even the sections that are made of engineered wood look like solid wood once put together. The drawers and doors that open from both sides is a wonderful feature when using as an island. It is heavy and very well made. IF I had done months of research for a 4x4 inch SMALLER island I would have given this product at least a 4 maybe even a 5. Amazon has, of course, offered to ship it back for free. But I am weary- the cart/island has been drug into the kitchen and assembled. I admit, I would feel guilty about the carbon footprint of having this heavy thing shipped/returned and another one reshipped. I am keeping it because the quality is good and it is attractive, but I would have never even ordered this in the first place, if it had been described correctly by Amazon and I still would prefer a larger one. If you are looking for a much SMALLER cart than 44 x 25 x 35, I would definitely recommend this one.

Gives me much needed cupboard space, drawer space and counter space. I love the pass through drawers and cupboards. Beautiful piece of furniture. Easy to assemble. One drawer drags a little against the base but that is not a big issue. This 55 year old woman had it fully assembled in about an hour and a half- with no help. Looks great in my kitchen.
