I wanted pass through drawers so selections are very limited. I purchased this island as it had the size and look I wanted. I was very disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship of this piece. It was very poorly made and looked like the drawer slots where put together with scrap wood. The drawers do not slide through well at all and get jammed. In the pictures this piece looks good and looks OK when put together but on examination it is very evident that it is a cheaply made piece. The top is a vaneer and the legs are made of 2x4s glued together to give it a sturdy look. I wish I had not gotten it but due to the massive sive and the aggravation I may keep it and have a carpenter friend try to rebuild it and replace some of the shoddy wood slats.
